This team provided us excellent guidance in selling our oceanfront condo. They really know the market and helped us set an appropriate price. They were responsive to every expression of interest, and held an open house to draw buyers in. Every time the unit was shown, they made a call to advise us  afterward. They also use a tracking software that generates a report that is very useful. When the condo was sold, a hurricane was on its way toward Florida. Anyone who can sell an oceanfront property in those circumstances can do a great job selling anything!
